Stuffed Artichoke With Meat And Rice KFP

Baked Artichokes with Lemon Broth

2 plates of TPC stuffed artichoke
1.5-2 cups of broth (chicken, meat or vegetable)
1-2 freshly squeezed lemons (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon sea salt

Place the artichokes on a baking sheet and lightly brush them with olive oil.
Place under the broiler for 10–15 minutes, or until the artichokes are lightly golden brown.
Meanwhile, mix together the broth, lemon juice, and salt. Taste and adjust until the flavor is balanced to your liking.
Remove the artichokes from the broiler and pour the broth mixture evenly over them.
Cover and bake at 350°F for 50 minutes.
Uncover and continue baking for another 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and serve.
